When are we going to find out our allocations?
MDOE has received allocations, however, we have not received guidance on "how" the ARP funds are to be allocated. We have a call this afternoon with OSEP. We certainly will be asking them when that information may be forthcoming.
Does instruction project need to be separate for salaries and supplies
We are in the process of collecting DUNs numbers. We will do a bulk upload to the system shortly. We will also be adding the risk rating to the GAN shortly.
What does that mean for subsidy calculation?
Sandy, yes. Each activity under instruction requires a narrative.

Michele, the short answer is yes. You have always addressed all activities under one narrative. It is now broken out.

There are 2 options for Out of District Placement 1000-2300 and 2330-2500 - Which should be used for placement?

In a budget project for out of district placement, is the quantity the number of students who are placed? For example, I have 7 students who are out of district. The quantity would be 7?

Yes...I just do wages, benefits and psych so I can put some in each of those until it's gone.

Will we still receive an email that our application has been approved?

For all of my schools the Out of District Placement and Extended School Year functions in the budget are not working. When I try to modify the “add a budget” I am getting an error message?
